POLICY INFORMATION
Giuliano's Music Program starts September 3rd 2024 and runs through June, 30th 2025. Our School's calendar consists of four sessions per year, beginning in the Fall, continuing on through the Winter, Spring and our Summer program
- By enrolling in our Music School Program, you are committing to the same day/time every week for the entire semester.
- Lessons will be pro-rated from your start date.
- Students are allowed one credit/make-up per session.
- Cancellations must be made 24-hours in advance in order to be made up or receive a credit.
- Cancellations due to illness must be made before 12:00 pm on the day of a scheduled lesson in order to receive a make-up or credit.
- Make-ups will only be given during the current session.
- If a student cancels their scheduled make-up lesson, it may not be rescheduled a second time and the lesson will be forfeited.
- Only when our school's schedule does not permit availability to book a make-up lesson, one credit will be carried over to the following semester.
- No shows will NOT be credited.
- Trial lessons cannot be rescheduled.
- Additional fees may be incurred for materials necessary for lessons (i.e. books, etc.).
- In the case of a scheduled teacher's absence, a qualified substitute may be used in his/her place.
- Students are allowed one credit for a cancelled lesson per semester.
- Credits may be made up during the semester if the schedule permits.
- Any credits not made up will be carried over to the next semester.
- Students pictures and/or videos may be used for publicity including on our website as well as social media sites.
- Giuliano's School of Music is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
- To ensure the continuity of your musical education, your registration is ongoing and will be charged for each consecutive semester throughout our music program, unless notified by email or in person prior to the upcoming semester.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
- Pay in full prior to each semester with NO additional processing fees
- Monthly installments are available with additional processing fees
Semester rates will be pro-rated according to date of registration

Please be advised, we DO NOT follow any particular public or private school calendar or weather-related closings. Giuliano’s will notify you by email for any weather-related closings. Any weather-related closings not made up by the end of the semester will be credited to your account.
